He started his US investing journey in Huntsville, Alabama a booming city because of some major local employers and investments being made by other large companies which enabled him to double the value of his properties there. These plus factors make for greater ease of wealth creation. Now Glen is investing in the USA by purchasing single-family ‘buy and hold’ rental real estate, holding around 40 properties but has also started to look at flipping too.
